# UI Locations

The plugin panels can be displayed on either **the left (1)** or **right side (2)** of a [Jira work item](https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/issues/overview#what-is-the-anatomy-of-an-work%20item), depending on the configuration set by the Jira administrator.
